Now, thanks to the State Services portal, you can create a personal account on the Pension Fund of Russia website and control your savings. At the same time, you do not have to constantly visit SOBEZ and other institutions. You can perform all actions online, directly in your personal account of the pension fund.

Click on the button and log in to your PFR personal account through the official website of the State Service. Authorization in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation is available by phone number and SNILS.

Registration of a personal account of the Pension Fund of Russia

To create a profile on the site www.pfrf.ru you need to find the “Personal Account” link on the main page and click on it. In the window that opens, you must select the “Registration” option, after which you will be automatically redirected to the State Services portal.

The first thing you need to do in the form that opens is to indicate your last name, first name, e-mail and mobile phone number. The latter must be valid, since it will receive a message with a verification code, which you must enter on the next page.

Next, you have to come up with a password and enter it in the appropriate field. That's all, the information version of the account is ready. However, if you want to use the full functionality of your account, after authorization you will have to provide detailed information about yourself, including your passport and SNILS.

For convenience, the portal is structured not only by the type of services received (pensions, social benefits, etc.), but also by access to them - with or without registration. Access through the “Personal Account” to services related to personal data is only possible for citizens registered in the Unified Identification and Authentication System (USIA) or on the government services website who have a verified account.

After reading, you should also click on the “Registration” button and wait to receive a special confirmation code - you will need to enter it in the appropriate window. After this, you will be prompted to create a unique password of at least eight characters. His must be remembered or written down- for future logins to the site.

After registration, the user again goes to the Pension Fund website, where he needs to fill out all the lines in the “Filling out and checking personal data” block and start the check. A notification about the completion of work and the required results will be sent to a phone number or email address.

Under what circumstances may a error:

  • the issue may be a failure when checking the insurance number of an individual personal account;
  • in case of an error when checking personal passport data;
  • typo or grammatical error by the person filling out.

In the first case, you should personally apply for help to the Pension Fund branch, in the second - to the Federal Migration Service. If you make your own typo, you need to click on the “Correct” button in the lower left corner.

For some purposes, additional identification confirmation is required, which can be carried out in several ways: using a registered letter with an activation code, through the nearest service center, electronically (relevant for persons who have an agreement with the Pension Fund).

You can log into your personal account on the Pension Fund website by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page “Personal account of the insured person” using the password created during registration. On the main page of your individual account there are citizen data: Full name, date and place of birth, insurance and personal account number, telephone number and information about the possible provision of services.

Individual entrepreneur with and without employees

Afterwards the person can be registered with the Pension Fund. Future pension payments and other benefits for both the individual entrepreneur and his employees depend on this.

An entrepreneur can register with the Pension Fund as an insurer paying contributions only for himself, or as an employer providing jobs and paying contributions for employees.

In different situations, the requirements for individual entrepreneurs differ. Registration of an entrepreneur in an individual personal account is also possible.

Entrepreneurs who are not employers are not required to undergo additional registration - All they need is their personal account. There they can get all the information about their debts in fees, insurance charges or taxes.

Individual entrepreneurs who register employees for work can be admitted to their personal account and to the operation of all services only after undergoing official registration. Through his own account, the employer will be able to have access to all the information he needs.

To register an individual entrepreneur, you must enter the number, registration number and email address in the registration fields, select the method of receiving the activation code from those offered and submit an application.

During five working days The individual entrepreneur must receive his code using the chosen method. After receiving it, you must enter the code and your registration number, come up with an individual password for your personal account and confirm your agreement with the terms of the Pension Fund. To log into your account you will need to enter your registration number and personal password.

How to use your personal account

On the Pension Fund website there are various tabs with specialized sections, such as “Get information”, “Contact the Pension Fund”, “Submit an application”. In them you can find the necessary subsections, with offers to make an appointment or order a document.

In your account you can see the number of pension points. Calculating the amount of future pension payments is not difficult.

The pension consists of two parts:

  1. The duration of the work done and the number of points already earned, to which should be added the period of caring for an incapacitated citizen or parental leave, military service.
  2. Modeling future years of work - here the desired period of work and possible salary payments are indicated. After filling out the data, you should click the “Calculate” button and get acquainted with the approximate size of the pension.

How to find out the debt to the Pension Fund for an individual entrepreneur

Using the Internet, an entrepreneur can find out about his debt not only using his personal account on the Pension Fund website, but also thanks to the data bank of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation fssprus.ru or the “Notification of the status of an individual personal account” service on the government services portal.

In order to find out your debt, you must have an account on Pension Fund portal. There you need to visit the “Electronic Services” section and get information about payments and possible debts. This allows you to avoid going to the Pension Fund in person.

The downside to registering your own account on the Pension Fund website is the long wait for the activation code (if we are talking about an Individual Entrepreneur) or the need to transfer additional data, for which you need to wait for a letter or personally go to a branch of the Pension Fund.

What is it needed for

The new online resource allows you to receive information on any issues related to the pension fund, monitor the status of your individual personal account (IPA), create online requests, and submit applications in real time.

The site reflects state of an account in the Pension Fund. Not to be confused with a bank account! Unlike the latter, it does not store money, but information about the formed pension rights of the insured person. All data is formed from information provided by employers and the citizen himself.

To whom is it available?

Your personal account is available to all individuals who are insured by the Pension Fund, have an individual personal account insurance number () and have completed simple registration.

How to access your personal account

  • Go to the website pfrf.ru. Citizens who already use the government services portal (gosuslugi.ru) can immediately log into their personal account. Beginners will have to go through a simple registration to access e-government services. To do this you will be asked to enter:
    • Last name.
    • Phone number or email address.
    • You will be asked to read the “TERMS OF USE” and “PRIVACY POLICY”.
  • Click the “REGISTRATION” button. A “confirmation code” will be sent to the specified phone number or email. After entering the received code, you will be asked to create a unique password of 8 or more characters, which you will later use to enter the portal. After successful registration, the user is returned to the site.
  • Fill in all the fields in the bookmark:“FILLING IN AND CHECKING PERSONAL DATA”, start the check. You will receive an SMS message about the results of the verification to the telephone number or email address specified during registration.

There are times when an error occurs when automatically checking personal data; this can happen in the following cases:

  • Your error is a typo when entering. In the lower left corner, click the CORRECT button, on the previous page, make a correction.
  • Error when checking SNILS and personal data in the Pension Fund. In this case, you need to contact the nearest branch of the Pension Fund to clarify and correct the error.
  • Error when checking passport. To correct this, you need to contact the Federal Migration Service of Russia.

After successful verification of personal data, an expanded list of government services will be available upon re-entry. Initial registration completed.

To receive a full range of services, you need to GO TO IDENTITY CONFIRMATION (button in the lower right corner).

This can be done in any of three ways:

  • Apply in person with your passport to the nearest service center (a list of addresses and a search map is attached) and immediately gain access.
  • Receive an activation code by registered mail via Russian Post (delivery time will take approximately 2 weeks).
  • Electronically via telecommunications channels, if you have an agreement with the Pension Fund.

Until your personal account is fully registered, most functions will be inactive.

What services are presented in your personal account?

In your Personal Account you can:

  • Use the GET INFORMATION tab to enter the service and find out about your pension rights. This service is intended only for persons whose pension has not yet been assigned.
  • Using the CONTACT THE PFR tab, you will be taken to the following subsections:
    • Make an appointment for a personal appointment. The convenient service allows citizens to make an appointment with a PF specialist at a convenient time, eliminating the need to wait in line.
    • Send an appeal. Allows you to create and send an Internet message of no more than 2000 characters, with subsequent delivery of a response by mail or email.
    • Order a document. The service is intended for citizens and insurance premium payers; it allows you to order any document and certificate on this issue. You will need to receive the certificate in person at the Pension Fund, having previously made an appointment here. Significantly reduces the number of visits to one, eliminates waiting in queues.
    • Obtain information about the status of the HUD.
  • On the SUBMIT APPLICATION tab, fill in all the proposed fields in the selected tabs:
    • Application for a pension.
    • Statement on the method of pension delivery.
    • Application for payment from maternity capital funds.

This functionality is currently operating in test mode in several regions.

For persons who have not yet been assigned a pension, the most interesting tab will be “GET INFORMATION about generated pension rights.” By logging in, you can find out your insurance experience and the number of pension points at the moment.

On the right side of the screen there is a vertical row of keys with which you can additionally:

  • Find out general information about the procedure for forming a pension in the compulsory pension system. The tab is designed to provide complete theoretical information on the calculation of pensions in accordance with the law. In it you can find out:
    • Requirements necessary for granting a pension.
    • Retirement options.
    • The procedure for forming a pension and the formula for calculating it at present.
  • Obtain information about experience and earnings reflected on the ILS. This tab opens a table containing information about the current insurance period and the number of pension points. Below are two tables with information about length of service, wages and places of work before and after 2002. Carefully study the tables to identify inaccuracies in the information and, as a result, reflect the incorrect length of work experience. If an error is discovered, you will need to contact your employer to clarify your length of service or the Pension Fund for consultation.
  • Get information about the status of the HUD. Using this tab, you can instantly generate and print a notice containing information about the amount of savings and where they are generated. If you took part in the state co-financing program, then here you can see your additional insurance contributions to the funded part of the pension.

The notice consists of three paragraphs and is an analogue of the so-called “chain letters” sent to all of us before 2014.

The first part is a table that shows the following information:

  • The amount of insurance payments divided into periods.
  • The amount of accumulated individual pension coefficients - points.
  • Duration of insurance period.
  • Employer's name.

The second part shows:

  • Information on the basis of which the IPC was calculated for periods before 2002 and after. The information is presented in the form of tables with a full breakdown of insurance premiums for the insurance part of the labor pension, indicating periods of work and employer.

The third part contains information about the amount of your pension savings:

  • Your security option (the entire amount of contributions goes to finance the insurance part of the pension or is distributed between the insurance and funded ones).
  • Your insurer for the formation of pension savings, that is, a non-state pension fund (NPF), which you have chosen for these purposes.
  • The amount of accumulated savings (the so-called funded part of the pension).

Calculate future insurance pension

Here is your personal pension calculator.

Consists of two parts:

  • First– this is the number of pension points already accrued and the length of work experience. Here you can and should add periods of military service, leave to care for a child and a disabled person. The number of points and experience will increase.
  • Second– modeling of future years. Here you need to indicate the period you are going to work, indicate the “expected” salary before deduction of personal income tax, and click on the “calculate” button. As a result, the amount of the insurance pension will be calculated.

Some people are only a few years away from retirement, some of us are already retired, and others think it’s too early to think about retirement. We will all sooner or later become pensioners. Therefore, now you need to think about this period of life, understand your rights, and be able to use the personal account of the insured person.

On the official State Services portal you can get many different services without visiting the relevant government agencies. To my surprise, in about “two clicks” I can check my pension account on the State Services website.

You can inquire about your account at any age, not just at retirement or pre-retirement age.

Confirmed (full) account in State Services

True, all this can be done in two clicks only if you already have a confirmed account on the State Services website. The easiest way to confirm your identity is in person at the Russian Post office where there is such a service as account confirmation for State Services.

Why is it better in person at the Russian Post than, for example, if you can receive a letter with a confirmation code and enter it at State Services? It’s just that the post office will do everything for you and there will be no hassles, while some computer users have problems entering the confirmation code. You can read the comments in detail about this, including, and then many questions regarding identity confirmation will no longer be necessary.

You can also check your pension account on the website of the Pension Fund of Russia (Pension Fund of Russia).

The login and password for logging into the Pension Fund website are exactly the same as for logging into the State Services website. They are completely the same.

One confirmed account in State Services replaces registration on the Pension Fund website, on the website and on other similar official websites.

How to order a pension account on the State Services website

So, if you already have a confirmed, full account with State Services,
