If in the future, when you submit documents to the Russian Cynological Federation (RKF), at least some of these conditions will not be met, you risk staying with puppies, on which documents will not be issued.First, the age. At the time of mating, a bitch of a Chinese crested dog must not be younger than 15 months, and a male dog is not younger than 12 months. Bitches are allowed to breed 6 times during the period of breeding (read - for the period of their life). The mating is not permitted more than once in a calendar year. It is allowed to receive two litters in a row from one producer, provided that the interval between births of litters is not less than 6 months with the obligatory requirement to the breeder that the next litter from this producer should be received no earlier than 365 days after the birth of the puppies of the last litter. Secondly, the pedigree. At the time of breeding, male and female must have pedigrees of the Russian Cynological Federation. The bitch often takes the same position if she is stroked in the area of the croup or touched the "loop". This is the most favorable period for mating a bitch. Most often, it falls on the 12th to 15th day after the onset of estrus, but there may be some deviations from this period in either direction. The duration of ovulation (the number of days during which a bitch can be fertilized) also varies, but on average it is 3-5 days.
